Welcome to the Art Therapy Nook
A cozy corner of the world for queer, trans, nonbinary, and neurodiverse folks to heal, process, and create at their own pace. Sometimes all it takes is the right nook to finally set down your mask.

Feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you?
Struggling to express what's really going on inside?
Longing for a space where you can unmask and just... be?

I provide creative, trauma-informed therapy for queer and neurodiverse adults and teens (ages 16+) who want to understand themselves more deeply and finally feel at home in their own lives.
As a licensed-certified art therapist and professional counselor, I use art psychotherapy, parts work, somatic awareness, and relational connection to help you access what's hard to reach through words alone, make sense of your inner world, and heal in a relationship that doesn't ask you to shrink. My approach draws from IFS-informed parts work, Relational-Cultural Theory, and trauma-informed practice — but you don't need to know any of that for it to work.
Sessions with me are warm, authentic, interactive, and sometimes playful. I'm not a blank-slate therapist — I show up as a real person. That's where the connection (and the transformation) happens.
