Hi, I'm Jordan! I am a queer, femme-presenting licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed/board-certified art therapist (LCAT and ATR-BC), and credentialed supervisor. I work with Oregon residents, and provide all of my services through tele-therapy/video calls.

I value authenticity and attunement as the most important pillars of any relationship. Creating a safe, trusting bond with my clients and supervisees is one of the most beneficial interventions of all. I combine art therapy and talk therapy to create an interactive and engaging experience for clients and supervisees. My therapeutic approach is rooted in depth-psychotherapy, attachment theory, parts-work, and Gestalt therapy. I also facilitate arts-based supervision with my supervisees.
I work primarily work with teens and adults who have anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body-image concerns, and/or complex trauma histories. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and/or experiencing chronic pain/chronic illnesses. I foster an atmosphere of inclusivity where clients are welcomed to explore and discuss the intersectionality of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, spirituality, ability/disability, and language.
Therapy sessions will explore present life and past life experiences to help you gain insight, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. With greater self-understanding, improved relationships typically follow. I believe that a positive self-identity is linked to better mental health, reduced stress, and increased self-esteem.
